If you have not already registered and pre-paid, please show up by 7:00PM Friday Night to register, get acquainted with our instructors and have your first lesson and enjoy the Show, competition and DJ till 2AM.

TIME TO REGISTER FOR SAT & SUN WORKSHOPS

If you have not already registered and pre-paid, please show up by 11:30AM on Saturday and 11:30AM on Sunday.

We want the classes to start on time.

WHAT TO WEAR?

Wear comfortable light clothing during the workshop hours. Shorts, t-shirts, skirts and dresses are fine.

Please bring a hand towel or face cloth for perspiration and maybe an extra t-shirt if it gets too hot.

Please, no thong or flip flop shoes during workshops. Strapped sandals, and/or any street or dance shoe-wear are fine.

A shoe vendor will be there to purchase dance shoes if necessary.

FOR THE EVENINGS: dress code is casual to dressy sexy. All ages are welcome. Under 21 will not be able to buy alcohol.

DANCERS UNDER 21

All children accompanied by parents and dancers under 21 are allowed to come to the event.

OUTSIDE DRINKS

We will be providing free drinking water at the Hotel throughout the event.

No outside drinks will be allowed but there will be a full service bar throughout the days and evenings.

FOOD

You can bring a light snack in your handbags, but no outside restaurant food allowed inside event. Sheraton Hotel has many restaurants and concession stands to purchase food and dessert items.

PARKING

Valet parking for the event will be discounted and allows you in& out privileges.

Self parking is approx. $8-$10 for the day.

PARTNERS

(Come alone or with a partner!)

I know that many dancers will be coming without partners, so there will be rotation of partners in all classes (this is optional if you want to stay with your partner).

PERFORMERS FOR SHOWS

Come to LAX Sheraton Hotel for tech rehearsal (see schedule) and have music CD labeled and prepared for DJ.

Show up at Call time for Shows (see schedule).
